We understand plans can change. The terms below apply to bookings at Shelly in Caulfield and Shelanous in Port Melbourne.

  • 2+ days before: no fee
  • 24 to 48 hours before: $60 per person fee may apply

We kindly ask that any cancellation or change to your reservation is made at least 48 hours before your booking time. Late cancellations, and bookings where guests do not arrive, are charged A$50 per person to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Modifications to guest count or event details require a minimum of 10 days advance notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including venue maintenance, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
