When you make a booking, sign up for the waiting list, contact us, or use this site, we may collect your name, email, phone number, dietary requirements, and any notes you choose to share with us.
When you visit shellyrestaurant.com.au we also collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, device, broad location) through Google Analytics so we can keep improving the site.
We use your details to confirm and manage your booking, accommodate dietary needs, send you reservation related messages, and respond to enquiries.
If you opt in we may also email you about new experiences, seasonal events, and the occasional update from the team. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email we send.
We do not sell your personal information. We share booking details only with the systems we need to run the business, including OpenTable for table reservations, Supabase for our waiting lists, Google Workspace for email, and our payment processor when applicable.
Each of those providers is bound by their own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf.
